海沼知里/Chisato KAINUMA
2002年生まれ。青山学院大学総合文化政策学部在籍。
芸術と社会を繋ぐ担い手として日本のみならず世界で活動していくという目標の元、ビジネスプランの構築、演劇や音楽プログラム企画、芸術祭の運営などに関わるなど様々な領域を横断しながら多岐に渡る活動を行ってきた。また、高校時代より難民問題や障がい者を取り巻く環境について自主的に学びを深めて行く中で、社会課題やマイノリティを取り巻く「ガラスの壁」を瓦解していくためには、まず無関心を関心に変え、対話をしていくことが重要だと考えるようになった。その上で、やわらかな思考と実践の回路を社会に拓くことができる芸術を介して、実践的な活動を行っていきたいという思いを持ち、現在も積極的に勉強と活動を進めている。
Born in 2002. Currently enrolled in department Cultural and Creative studies at Aoyama Gakuin University.
With the goal of becoming a leader in connecting art and society not only in Japan but also in the world, she has been involved in a wide range of activities, including building business plans, planning theater and music programs, and managing art festivals, while crossing various fields. In addition, while voluntarily learning more about refugee issues and the environment surrounding the disabled since high school, she came to believe that in order to break down the “glass walls” surrounding social issues and minorities, it is important to first turn indifference into interest and engage in dialogue. On this basis, she is still actively pursuing her studies and activities with a desire to engage in practical activities through art, which can open up a circuit of soft thinking and practice in society.

本着不仅在日本而且在世界范围内充当艺术与社会之间的桥梁的目标，她参与了各个领域的广泛活动，如建立商业计划、策划戏剧和音乐节目以及管理艺术节。 此外，在自高中以来自愿加深对难民问题和残疾人周围环境的研究时，她开始相信，为了打破围绕社会问题和少数民族的 “玻璃墙”，重要的是首先将冷漠变为兴趣并参与对话。 在此基础上，她仍然积极进行学习和活动，希望通过艺术开展实践活动，在社会上开辟一条软性思维和实践的回路。
武田花/Hana TAKEDA
2002年生まれ。 日本大学芸術学部美術学科彫刻コース地域芸術専攻在籍。
アートは高尚で難しいと敬遠されがちだが、作品の意味や作家の意図を知ることで誰でも身近に面白く感じられるのではないかと考えるようになり、自分が作家や作品と鑑賞者の橋渡しになるこで幅広い人々に美術の魅力を伝えたいという目標の元、キュレーションやマネジメント、コーディネートなどの勉強・活動を行っている。様々な現場で作家や鑑賞者と関わる内に、言語を持たず思想や意見を柔らかく包むクッションとなるアートは、属性や考え方の異なる人々を緩やかに繋げるものだと考えるようになった。また、一つの作品を前に誰かと言葉を交わすことは、作品に対する異なる見方を知ることであり、アートを介することで多様な考え方が身につくことを知った。これらの思いを胸に現在も活動を続けている。
Born in 2002. Enrolled in Nihon University College of Art, Department of Fine Arts, Sculpture Course, Art and activities major.
She has come to believe that art tends to be dismissed as highbrow and difficult, but that anyone can find it accessible and interesting if they know the meaning of the work and the artist’s intentions. She has been studying and working on curation, management, and coordination. As she has worked with artists and viewers in a variety of settings, she has come to believe that art, which has no language and serves as a soft cushion for ideas and opinions, can gently connect people with different attributes and perspectives. She also learned that exchanging words with someone in front of a work of art is a way to learn different ways of looking at it, and that through art, one can acquire a variety of ways of thinking. With these thoughts in mind, she continues her activities to this day.
